He began his career as a United States Marine, where he served in the intelligence community. Following his honorable discharge in 2007, Andrew embarked on a career that has seen him excel in various roles.
As a systems engineer for Rockwell Collins at NASA’s Stennis Space Center, Andrew played a pivotal role in constructing man-portable, real-time satellite imagery intelligence systems in collaboration with USSOCOM. His expertise and dedication contributed to the development of advanced technologies in support of national defense efforts. During his tenure, he oversaw the establishment and piloting operation of a 24/7 worldwide operations center for autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). Later, following a draw to public service, Andrew assumed the role of Director of Government and Community Relations with the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources. In this capacity, he cultivated strong relationships between government entities, the state legislature, and the local community, fostering collaboration and driving positive change in the marine resources sector. For the past decade, Andrew has expanded his call to public service as a Regional Director for United States Senator Roger Wicker (MS) and, most recently, Senator Tommy Tuberville (AL).
